In the second quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps apps on Android in Mexico demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads and user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a robust presence with weekly downloads increasing steadily from 41K at the start of April to a peak of 55K in mid-June. Its active user base showed a strong upward trajectory, starting at 3.2M and reaching approximately 3.7M by the end of June.

Google Earth experienced a fluctuating download pattern, beginning at 19K weekly downloads, dipping in April, and then climbing back to 16K by the end of June. The app's active users also varied, peaking at 354K in April before settling around 291K.

Trucker Path: Truck GPS & Fuel showed significant growth in revenue, rising from $367 at the end of March to over $1.3K in late June. Downloads surged to over 11K in April, stabilizing around 5K by the quarter's end. Active users increased from a modest 1.4K to nearly 16K.

Tu Tag PASE saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning with approximately 4.5K and culminating in a peak of 17K by the end of June. Active users fluctuated but ultimately rose from 229K to 221K.

GPS Satellite Live Earth Map maintained consistent download numbers, averaging around 4.5K to 7.6K weekly. Active users ranged from 44K to 49K by the end of the quarter, showing steady engagement.
